Breaking Stories: Drive For Scottish Independence Based On Ancient Prophesy

revtwerlbestcropJPG

Very few understand the full extent of the chronicled prophesy surrounding the Scottish Race and its enigmatic Stone of Destiny; but there is no doubt that the recent return of what many believe is the real Stone of Destiny to Scottish soil, from the English, and the drive for independence, is linked to Scotland’s prophetic destiny. As an author and a descendant of the Scottish Duncan line, this issue has captured my imagination.

The ancient chronicles of Scotia Major (Ireland) and Scotia Minor (Scotland) explain that the Stone of Destiny was the very stone that the patriarch Jacob, from the Bible, used to open a gateway to the celestial realm, to Paradise itself. In the Bible it describes this gateway as a ladder, which is generally referred to as Jacob’s Ladder, which most will have heard of. This is why the Stone of Destiny and Jacob’s ladder are depicted atop the Ark of the Covenant in the in the east side of the Grand Temple at the United Grand Lodge of All England.

As the prophesy goes, it explains that the sacred stone was ultimately taken to Scotland by Princess Scotia of Egypt and descendants of the Tribes of Israel who were kept captive in Egypt at the time. Hence, this is how Scotland gained its name, from Princess Scotia. Of course some of you may want to ponder at this point about the mysterious ancestry of the Scottish race.

Associated with the Stone of Destiny was a prophesy, which was inscribed on a metal plate and placed upon the top face of the Stone. It has since been taken from the stone, but upon the plate the prophesy read:

Unless the fates be faulty grown
And prophet’s voice be vain
Where ever is found this sacred stone
The Scottish race shall reign.

What this basically means is that; now the Stone of Destiny resides in Scotland, it is the Scottish race that will reign over the land – become independent as it were. It will certainly be intriguing to see just where all this goes. But one thing is for sure; the mystery surrounding the Stone of Destiny is just the tip of the iceberg…

Historically surprising, intriguing and fascinatingly engrossing.”

Sam Christer – Author: The Stonehenge Legacy

We now know that the so-called Holy Grail and the medieval romances describing it were there to preserve the Grail’s true identity; the immortalising, priceless Tree of Life, which would give the chosen adepts the power to take part in the final battle for the quest to regain Paradise.

“Upon a green silk from Arabia she bore the pride of Paradise, root and branch beyond all price that was a thing men call the Grail.”

We also know that in many of the ancient carvings of the Tree of Life there is also a depiction of the White Rabbit, the icon for the quest, which was preserved by Lewis Carroll in his Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland. He first encountered this mysterious icon in St. Mary’s church in Beverly, as shown in the image above.

…mankind’s quest to regain the lost knowledge of the ancients.

Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada

Prior to this, ‘follow the White Rabbit’ became the secret mantra for the mysterious Rosy Cross or Rosicrucian order led by the 17th century Grand Master, Sir Francis Bacon. In 1604 the illusive Basilius Valentinus depicted the Rosy Cross mission to follow the White Rabbit in a secret symbol. Here the Rosicrucian adepts are destined to follow the White Rabbit, since it will undoubtedly disappear down the hole with their secret.

But the big question as potential adepts on the quest to regain paradise, is: ‘How do we follow the White Rabbit?’ Well, that’s exactly what we are doing now!

Latest review for the Quest: Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society Of Canada:

“…mankind’s quest to regain the lost knowledge of the ancients.”

In a bid to craft a sequel to the Quest (working title: The Indigo Children of the Rhubarb Triangle), I seem to be following the White Rabbit down some of the most intriguing rabbit holes around the globe. After consulting with university departments, curators of eminent secret societies and museums across Europe, I began to realise that I still needed help to complete the next mysterious jigsaw that will ultimately reveal the secret history of the world. It came to me this morning as I read an email from one of the guardians of the Order of the Thirty Nine Steps, based in Edinburgh. Why not just offer out each mystery as it unfolds, I thought; put it into cyberspace and let the chips fall where they may. In short, the email was regarding the nature of a shield that the medieval guardians of the quest to regain Paradise believed could be used to open the temple gateway in Ancient Eborakon, modern day York (shown above). By solving this riddle you will be succeeding where all have failed. And don’t hesitate to share the burden; pass it on to anyone you feel might have a clue! Good luck.

It was mid-way through an interview the other day when my phone sounded out to indicate that an email had been sent by a professor from Canada who I was working with to decode a mysterious, religious star chart for my next book (Working title: The Indigo Children Of The Rhubarb Triangle). It was great news; the professor informed me that a review of my book would be appearing in the Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada later this year. Also, to those of you who have read the book and are aware of the Quest’s archaic iconography of the White Rabbit and the Griffin, I thought I would share the cover of this rare book I found for sale in Whitby. Another clue from Carroll perhaps!

“The most important work in the last five and a half thousand years.”

The Guardians.

“What a read and for anyone like me with a passion for the great county of Yorkshire, this book is a must read. I was very impressed with Richard’s research and the way he has presented the facts. I am already recommending this book to all my friends and connections and look forward to Richard receiving an ever increasing profile as the Media World become interested.”

Keith Madeley MBE (Chairman of the Yorkshire Society).

“I enjoyed this book immensely; it was a timely and thought provoking return to a genre that I haven’t read for a while. Richard leads you on a sometimes testing, but always engaging hunt for the ‘White Rabbit’. He leads you skilfully to the hidden meanings behind language and symbolism that is itself hidden – in plain view. He raises questions about histories, and the provenance of stories and artefacts, all the while making connections that are supported and well-illustrated. If you like to be challenged about some of the things that you think you know, then read this book. I would highly recommend it.”

Richard Gray

“As soon as you finish reading this book, the first thing you will want to do is read it again, just to see if you have missed anything. I’ve read the Dan Brown books and such like, and think I know a bit about mystery, occult and the esoteric, yet no one seems to have found the myriad of truths that are covered in the Quest To Regain Paradise. It is a cut above these, in a different ball park. It has everything to offer, I can’t believe that no one has written about this before, don’t know whether I’m excited or nervous about the implications of what might happen now everything is out in the open. It’s so well backed up that it’s hard not to believe. The greatest secret of mankind uncovered page by page. It’s more than a book; it’s the door to the next chapter of the human race.”

Thomas Garland-Collins.

“This is not a book, but a journey. An adventure full of surprise and intrigue that keeps you following the path. You will not want to put it down; sleep and food become lower priorities; knowing where the quest will lead becomes paramount. And at the end… Paradise!”

Peter Kelly

“An absolutely stunning read. Hewitt leads the reader through a mesmeric journey of discovery that is truly astounding. The most astonishing aspect of this work is that it is backed up with facts that seem to have been overlooked by all previous writers of this genre. The sheer amount of research that has obviously been undertaken by the author is admirable. I am convinced that Mr Hewitt has uncovered the clues which will ultimately lead the reader to the ultimate truth.”

“The Quest To Regain Paradise is a remarkable book. Richard Hewitt has brought together arcane knowledge and enigmatic symbols from the beginning of civilisation up to the present day to produce a gripping detective story. It begins with him figuratively following the White Rabbit down its hole; from there on things get stranger as his enthusiasm carries the reader along with him on his quest to find the Key of Solomon, which leads to no less than the earthly gateway to heaven. Where it is, and what it is, will astonish you. The ride seems fast, at times baffling, but more than worth it. Whatever you ultimately believe about the threads of evidence he unravels, this is without doubt a unique study in legend and iconography, a worthy addition to our understanding of the ancient mysteries.”

Steve Widdowson

“I approached this book from a historical, factual side with lots of interest but little hope; as the premise of the idea seemed to ask questions too big to answer! It could not have been further from the TRUTH!! Every unbelievable detail and account is somehow stacked with evidence and foundations that leave a definite trail to the biggest question of all. I tried my upmost to find faults or plagiarism in Hewitt’s claims and theories. So much so, that after reading the `Quest’ I took one of my own: I travelled to the relatively unknown locations, within the most unlikely places in Yorkshire. The few places I managed to find certainly do hold the key to regaining paradise. Reading this book and more importantly doing my own research into the background of it, it easy to see why it has taken the author over a decade to piece together the jigsaw and why certain people behind closed doors, did their very best, to stop this from ever reaching the public bookshelf! Congratulations Mr Hewitt on completing what I’m sure Dan Brown has been striving to achieve throughout his career – a mesmerising novel packed full of truths! My only regret is not having written this book myself and that in my old age, I may never see the impact it is going to undoubtedly have on the whole human race!”
